Henry Vilas Zoo - Madison, WI —

I live right here in Madison, and NEVER feel the need to go to ANY other zoo! With complete updates, new playgrounds for the kids, a new cariousel, and new animal enclosures, the Henry Vilas Zoo is one of the best zoos around! One of the best things is... that the admission is FREE! It is large enough to keep you entertained, with both inside and outside animal observatories, yet not TOO large that children will get overtired. Having a beach across the street, a nature conservatory and all the downtown happenings within walking distance is also a great PLUS!! This is a MUST SEE for any family with children!!!
