I bought a new 08 CRV from this dealership. I drove 350 miles to pick up this car. — The following day I noticed that the front wheel well trim is defective. A piece of the trim (5x5 inches) was cut out. I took the pictures and e-mailed them to Kim, the Internet Sales Mgr. She never replied. After multiple calls to the dealership one of the sales people told me to take the car to the local Honda dealership. I bought an '05 S2000. Paid big money for this car. I've made the mistake of letting Hennessey do the service work. — — First, they did an oil change and left the oil cap off the engine. Fortunately, a mile down the road I smelt oil and looked. I found the cap. — — When I took it back they offered to detail it to clean the mess they had created. Their detail service was terrible.      I spoke to the service department today and explained the nature of the problem with my Honda.  Immediately, I received a curt explanation that I could bring my auto in and leave it for the day.  I do not know whether Wayne was too busy to take my call, (or whether he did not like his job) but he did not seem too interested in the details of the problem.  When I asked if transportation was available to take me home, he explained that a courtesy service was provided for anyone who lived within 10 miles.  When I told him the city where I live (less… read full review »

THIS DEALER HAS BEEN AROUND FOREVER AND OUT OF THE THOUSAND'S MAYBE TENS OF THOUSANDS OF VEHICLES THEY HAVE SOLD TO HEAR SOMEONE COMPLAIN JUST TELLS ME THE PERSON IS PROBALLY THE ONE WITH THE PROBLEM. I heard an ad on the radio for this dealership last week saying they would approve all credit applications even if you have been turned down for credit before or think you won't be approved they will approve all credit applications until 8pm on Saturday.  My sister was in the market to purchase a used car and I told her to go over to this dealership because her credit wasn't up to par.  Once she got there and completed her application the sales person told her that they would not approve her credit even if she put $5,000 down on a car.  What a bunch of liars… read full review »
