  I love Hell's kitchen.  Gordon Ramsey tells it like it is and pushes these wanna be chefs to their creative best.  They either make it or get left behind.  It is a good chance for them to see the fast paced world they want to be in.  I think he cares and that is why he gets on them if they mess up.  He wants to show them how hard it can be to try and run a kitchen. It is better that they learn now than to get a job and not be able to cut it.  He uses foul words and doesn't sugar coat them.  He is real and doesn't hold back.
