Though Gordon has alot of foul langauge, the show is hilarious. He pulls no punches in his delivery of his opinion. I am NOT a fan of reality television, but Gordon makes it worth watching. He is-however harshly- making fantastic chefs. They willing take the abuse for two reasons. 1-The once in a lifetime chance to win thier own restaurant. 20The opportunity to learn from the best. Love him, or hate him, but you have to respect the fact that he is an icon in his industry. He is the most recognizable chef in the world. Reservations for any of his restaurants are months sometimes a year in advance. He may be mean, but every one of those chefs are better for it. They learn invaluable lessons they would not learn in culinary school. They learn on the job, which is better than textbook cooking classes. I also love and highly recommend his other show Kitchen Nightmares.
