The helio ocean is by far a great phone what i like most about the helio ocean is that it has bluetooth. The phone has many amazing features such as pictue messaging,voice recording,gps,youtube,camera which allows you to upload pictures and videos straight to youtube.3G Dual Slider that slides out on the keyboard to type and keypad to make calls. The camera it self is a 2.0 megapixel camera with built in flash.Talk time for the ocean last up to 5 hours.The ocean also inludes an mp3 player that plays mp3,wmv,and many more.Sending messages is a breeze you would be able ot use standard texting or T9 text.Messaging Dashboard allows you to get your email text multimedia and IM messages in one inbox. The Helio Ocean allows you to use picture or video caller ID.Loud speakers to talk on or blast your music out loud.The Helio Ocean is by far an excellent phone if you were to ever go out and by a phone the helio ocean is the phone for you.

This phone is great for all the fun stuff. But if you are a serious business user dont buy this Phone. The calender and outlook software functions are not as good as that of a smartphone. Sure it surfs the web fast enough but at times it will just shut off. Helio  customer service sucks too! And the speakerphone on the ocean is useless. All i can say is beware! I cant wait to get rid of this phone for the new blackberry bold.

The Helio Ocean cell phone is more than just a cell phone, it does everything (and more) than the Apple Iphone, cost's less and the monthly service Helio provides costs much less than AT&T and is more reliable!  I know - I used to be with AT&T for over 5 years - they were great when they were cingular, but failed miserably as AT&T - Helio provides everthing I'm looking for!  I have much great coverage area with this Helio Ocean cell phone than I ever had with AT&T!

This phone is not sleek BUT it is super fun to use. ITs virtually indestructable! :) Im also a text-er and this phone makes it easy with its keyboard. I've had it for a year and im up for an upgrade. Helio just came out with the ocean 2 and im going to be sad to see the one i have go. You see....Im a phone Junkie. just kidding.... The new one doesnt have the same outside covering and if its not going to be as durable, i may not be able to switch.

All in all I highly don't reccomend this product. It is not a name brand item and I tend to purchase those kinds. I've never seen anyone with that phone so if you want to be unique I suppose you would like to purchase this item. I have no positive comments for this item.

The phone is just to pricey!!! I heard that it works like any other phone. You could buy a blackberry or iphone for that price. Then on top of all that I hear the service isn't so great. I just don't believe its worth buying for the service you get! The only good thing about the phone from what I seen is that it takes great pictures! My friend took a pic of me and it looked like a digital camera pic. But on the other hand the phone has to be charged often.

Has more features than I imagined. Great reception - good sound quality. Helio service has been great. 200MB of internal storage is impressive. I just wish it would sync with Microsoft Outlook calendar. The GPS feature is fun to play with, and the satellite view is impressive.

So far pretty great. The user interface could be a little smoother. The fancy graphical menus disappear once you get into the applications, and each application seems to work a little differently. The apps have an annoying habit of making you click "OK" all the time. Photo saved! "OK" Contact Edited! "OK" Etc. Just do it, tell me, and then buzz off. It's a little hard to figure out how to get back to where you were a second ago, but I'm learning the tricks. Web browsing could be a little smoother. It's still pretty 1st-generation. Not a full-scale web browser by any stretch. I still have no idea what the "mini map" does. I turn it on and see nothing. IM, Gmail, camera are all great. It's cool that it uses a USB mass storage system. Just plug it into the computer and drag your files on. No drivers!
