I found that a Kosher Turkey by Hebrew National is the next best thing if you can't find an Organic Turkey.  It was delicioius, and very juicy.  The meat wasn't processed in any way, and they turkeys aren't filled with hormones and anti-biotics before they're killed.  Check it out!
