A gift from my grandaughter. Never opened for a year after receiving. When granddaughter comes to show me how to use, I took out of storage and opened new out of box. She tried showing me how to cook a chicken but the heating element wouldn't work. NO HEAT! We called NuWave and they wouldn't help since we no longer have receipt. Bad product. Never worked.

I purchased my NuWave because I wanted to be able to Cook without firing up the convection Oven. I was astonished to see that not only is it much easier to cook chicken turkeys and other meats in my NuWave but it's also a little bit quicker. So first things first- the durability. The main cooking part and the dome lid are both extremely well made. They are thick and not at all flimsy. I was worried that the dome was going to be a little too thin for my likings but it is strong. The time it takes to clean is a breeze. It really doesn't take that much effort or Time to get clean after you have used it to prepare a meal. It's a very quick process, which is always a plus. It cooks evenly and quickly every time. I have had no issues with meat or potatoes or veggies come out uncooked or half cooked. Each time I have used it, it has been great. It has been used weekly if not more since I bought it and it is still working just as good now as it did the first time I used it. It's really versatile as well. I can cook a roast, pork chops and potatoes and various other meals on without ever having to use another cooking gadget. I love it!

I have never a machine that's so versatile and has so many benefits yet is extremely easy to operate at then clean. The nuwave oven can cook pretty much everything and out of the many benefits one is a healthy one with a fat and grease trapping tray while it air fries. It's amazing. I fell in love with it when I tried the food after the first time of using it and it tasted as if it always has with full flavor, hardly any fat, and cooks three times faster than my oven. So I love that I can cook fast healthy meals for me and my family and feel good about giving them French fries that are air fried and saving on fat. It comes with a bunch of other great tasting recipes in case you need a couple of ideas to get started. I think once you try it, you'll love it. It also has a really great design that allows you to watch your food cook and it's not too big where it's taking up most of your kitchen space.

I love this cute machine! It cooks whatever I have! It also bakes brownies, cake cupcakes and more! Its a very nice way to get cooking in very little time! Lots of features and cooking methods!! When I first purchased this item, it was fairly sized. It was big enough to fit a turkey! There is a handle on the top to easily put food in and take food out. There is also a cooking/cooling rake you can use they provide. There is no need for a spray or butter to grease it. The food never sticks! To get it stared you just plug it in, press cook time, then enter the time you want, press start and ban! Your on your start for a wonderful meal! It is so easy to setup and get stared! The food cooks half the time then in a microwave or oven. Trust me! You can go check from time to time just to see if the food is done or not. That's what I do. After the food is done. You pick up the lid by using the handle and just to see if its cooked properly. Now enjoy the food and product!!

Love using my Nu Wave oven, its fast and easy and very simple. Even Heating It's great at cooking anything, especially large chicken breast. Cooks even on both sides. Safety Have not had any issues with safety. Ease of Cleaning Very easy to clean, just wipe and go. Durability It's been pretty durable have not had any issues at all. Design I love the design its very modern and clean.

I love this oven my mother actually bought it for us. We are newlyweds and we live in a small space. This really helps us out. I am a chef and was very skeptical at first. I do not think I would have purchased this without it being gifted to me. I was wrong. It makes eating healthy like fast and easy. We can cook chicken and vegetables in 10 minutes. It takes longer than that to heat up your convection oven. My wife who can not cook well is now cooking me wonderful dinners. I am a big fan of this product. It allows us to cook up to seven different ways effortlessly. Cleaning and storage is simple. I am excited to prepare this years holiday feast with my nuwave. With half of the cooking time gone I feel confident that I will have more time with the family this year. Safety definitely safer than an electric skillet or crock pot. I would recommend this to people with children over other products. Ease of Cleaning You really have to make sure you keep the dome clean.

This product is amazing! We use it for most of our meals. We really enjoy the way it cooks steaks and porkchops. Heats well, most meals take 12min to cook and it's always cooked evenly. If something happened to our current unit we would replace right away.

Product cooks foods quicker, but not enough quality guidelines shown for cooking different foods. It's more of a check and guess. Even Heating It heats foods evenly if you monitor whatever your cooking and turn it multiple times (more so if the item is larger. Safety I believe this product is safe if you follow the directions. However, you have to be careful that the plastic cylinder is sitting level on the base. If you don't, you may be releasing the heat that is cooking your food. Ease of Cleaning Super easy to clean. An additional option is putting foil underneath what you are cooking for easier cleanup. Durability I haven't owned the product long enough to say it will last a long time, but I have researched reviews before purchasing, and the worst I have heard is the coating starts to come off the liner and grill. So heads up on using the foil to make cleaning less abrasive. Design Small design for the amount and variety of things and ways it can cook. Not too bulky and lightweight for its size.

I rec'd my first Nu Wave as a gift about 5 years ago. It has turned out to be the best item in my kitchen. We use it practically every day and it holds up to the daily use really well. It cooks perfectly...from frozen (yes, FROZEN) chicken breast, to burgers, to fries and re-heating pizza. My first one burned out after 4 years of DAILY use, but I had to have one so I replaced it with another one. I absolutely LOVE it!!! Even Heating Everything on the pan or dish gets heated evenly, from the very center all the way to the outside of things. It's very hard to burn anything in this. If you have an item of food that is big or sits tall, you can simply add the extender ring to raise the heating element and add more room to the cooking area. This thing holds a HUGE, WHOLE TURKEY for Thanksgiving. We've cooked whole chicken roasters in this using the extender ring. Safety What I like about this is how SAFE it is for my kids to use. I don't have to worry about them burning themselves or starting a fire. The outside of the unit stays cool to the touch, even while it's cooking or heating food. Ease of Cleaning Everything goes into the dishwasher! Easy, peasy. If something sticky or greasy is stuck, I simply soak it for 30 minutes and it washes right off. The outside also cleans just as easily. A quick wash off with a rag and any grease or dust is wiped right away. Durability My unit stands up to repeated and daily use. We use it at LEAST once a day and many times it's more often than that. My first Nu Wave lasted about 4 years before the heating element stopped working. But that was with DAILY use so I completely believe we got our money's worth out of it! Design Because this sits on the counter top, I was worried that it would be big and bulky. But it is not. It sits nicely in the back corner of my counter, out of the way. It doesn't take up a lot of space and it doesn't add to the usual kitchen clutter.

Easy to use, cooks food, even frozen in fraction of the time that regular ovens, stoves do. Can cook the entire meal at the same time. Runs on 110 rather than 220 as regular stoves and ovens do. Safety Since it is stationary on the counter, no possibility of tipping over. Very cool to the touch. Might need to be careful when lifting the lid.
