Heartgard is a monthly item that needs to be given to your dog to prevent heart worms.
This is a very important item in sustaining your dog's health. It comes in 6-month supply packages and is beefy flavor; therefore, making it very appealing to your dog. My dog just gobbles these right up.
I feel very confident in this item. Have owned 3 dogs. My 2 dogs in the past lived for 13 & 14 years. I always gave them vitamins and Heartgard.
I plan to follow the same routine with my now 16 month old American Staffordshire Terrior. He is my ~baby~ and will only give him the best to keep him healthy.
