Most of the major drug companies (Lilly, Pfizer, etc.) have patient assistance programs.  Your doctor's office should be able to access the forms for you, and they usually have to complete a portion of the application, so they should be familiar with the process to help you out.  Most churches have benevolence funds that can offer cash assistance if you are in a pinch, so you could call around in your area.  Good luck!
