The problem with Tamiflu from what I have been reading is, that simply put it is an effective drug however it needs to be adminisitred fairly early into the incubation period in order to be truly effective.  So I have a feeling that tamiflu would be helpful to someone who is in relatively decent shape immune system wise.  But if they were in those catagories that are considered higher risk, elderly, weak immune system, hiv/aids, cancer etc the drug probably wouldn't have that much of an effect.
