As for motivation, I just want to look and feel good, and walking around with an extra 30 pounds just doesn't look or feel good. I don't do much in the way of traditional exercise, however. I like to do my exercise when I'm engaged in passive activity such as sitting at my desk or watching TV. I do stomach crunches (70-80) while watching TV and press myself up (40-50 reps) in my desk chair. But the funniest bit of exercise is the 50 leaning pushups I do when using mouthwash, twice a day. None of this takes any special equipment but it does make a big difference in my strength, energy and appearance.
Now if I can just get rid of 10 pounds...
