When I get an occasional tummy ache I always reach for Tums for first relief. More often than not, a couple of Tums tablets will quell my queasy stomach within an hour or so. Tums are primarily designed to combat heartburn by neutralizing stomach acid in your stomach and esophagus.

I most often use Tums Extra Strength tablets, which contain 750 mg of calcium carbonate. According to the manufacturer of Tums, the following foods can cause heartburn or acid indigestion:

musinex nasal spray is a product i would highly recommend to any one suffering with allergys.this product is amazing that i cant live with out it.the instint i feel synptoms i use musinex and relief is almost immediate.it is gentle to the nose, and to the body. i have used many other products to always retorn to the nasal spray.i have also used this product when coming down with a cold it is also effective.some people do not like using the nose but i find it to be a relief.if you are a suffer please try rhis you will not be disappointed..

I was very surprised when I used my sample of Kotex Overnight Pads.  I had tried Kotex products in the past, with leakage.  I threw the sample in my suitcase when I went on vacation.  I used it on my heaviest night with no problem at all.  I was super happy since I was staying in a hotel room.  I will be buying this product!

Has anyone ever considered these are the same people who came out with the pyramid scheme diet pill and got closed down, now they try it this way? Has anyone ever asked the owners at their sales metings where they discuss all the money you can make selling their product not anyhting about losing weight, WHY THEY ARE ALL SO OVERWEIGHT AFTER ALL THESE YEARS??????????????

This is a scam. The product is way over priced and only they are getting rich quick. Go to one of their sale meetings where they sell you everything right down to buttons for your shirt, they give you nothing free, not even advice....

I received a free sample of Kashi, TLC, Tasty Little Cereal Bars, Blackberry Graham, after taking a short in store survey on new Kashi products.  I love Kashi cereals and assumed their morning breakfast bars would have the same satisfying flavor as their cereals.  I was mistaken.  Kashi, TLC, Tasty Little Cereal Bars, Blackberry Graham, is high in fiber but low in taste.  The fruit filling was okay but the graham crust was a bit dull.

I  do not suggest this birth control at all, it really messed me up!  I switched to nuvaring because I am not very good at taking a pill at the same time everyday.  But after about 2 months I had to take it out and go back to loestrin 24 (very good birth control!) Nuvaring made me very depressed.  I am a usually happy, social college student and nuvaring made me reclusive and sad all the time.  I sat in my dorm room all day doing nothing.  I would call my friend and start crying for no reason at all.  I haven't felt the same since.

I've been using Astelin for years, and it's been effective until the last year or two, when I noticed that it doesn't seem as effective anymore. Claritin D 24 hour allergy and congestion tablets are worth the extra money and time it takes to get them.  It is a bit of a hassle to have to go the pharmacy, however Claritin works the best. It may seem a little more expensive but if you consider that you only need to take one every twenty-four hours, it actually averages out on price. I have taken Claritin D for about 5 months now and noticed that i personally do not get that "jittery" feeling that I get from other sinus medicines. Turbo Jam is the "funnest" workout that I've ever done.  You get involved in the music and the dynamics of Chalene and her crew...then forget you are exercising.  Time goes by quickly and you get a good workout while you have fun.  I recommend all the workouts for anyone--even beginners can learn the steps and choreography after a few tries.  Chalene offers a lower intensity workout as well as a "pumped up" workout in each session.
