The worst company to pick to manage a rental home for you

    takes money from you like a pro

Cons
    does not do repairs, tries to get away with overcharging you, rude, unresponsive, owner swears which is unprofessional, says rent is late when it's not

Hayden and Company - Minnetonka, MN — 

This company does not do repairs when tenants file repair requests.  They try to overcharge tenants on their rent.  The owner is very rude and condescending.  As far I as I can tell there is no benefit from having this company rent out your property(ies).
