Our recent Hawaiian vacation exposed us to Hawaiian Airlines for the first time. We were IMPRESSED with the effort by EVERY Hawaiian Airline employee from the Gate agent to the Shuttle Bus driver to make our journey pleasant and stress free. While each flight was short there was never a minute that we didn't feel important to their business.
We were able to book flights easily after the bankruptcy of Aloha airlines and from that moment on everything went as smoothe as silk. Check-in, flight attendants, gate representatives, terminal personnel, etc... I would give them an A+ and hope I have the...

My husband and I decided to tatke a trip to Hawaii. We were going to book through a different airline, when we discovered Hawaiin airlines. Their prices were cheaper, so we booked our flight.
When we got on our flight the attendant's were excellent. They were super friendly and were willing to get you anything you needed. The food was all right for airline food. There was a movie that you could watch if you wanted to. The seats weren't to bad.

I take the time to do a lot of research when it comes to travel. I had to find an affordable flight to get our daughter over to Hilo back in August to got off to college. I used all of the tools out there like Priceline etc. along with going directly through the actual airline sites. By far Hawaiian Air was the least expensive airline over from CA. She had more luggage than a typical traveler due to going off to school & with all of the extra fees the airlines are charging everyone, Hawaiian was still less expensive in that area too. We lucked out at the ticket counter, the ticketing...
review »Avoid Hawaiian Airlines at all costs!!! Their customer service policies are the worst. Had a medical emergency requiring hospitalization. Change fees $600 but "refundable" once you fill out their form and have the doctor sign. You can not find their form on their website (there is NO link to it), you have to get the URL from a customer service agent over the phone. So we filled out the form, doctor signed, etc and despite them charging us the very next day for these fees, their "policy" is refunds by 30 days. What? You're kidding me. Take my money right away but when a legitimate, qualiying incident...

My family and I were going to Kauai. We arrived at the airport to discover that our flight was delayed, so we had to wait for a while. We were supposed to leave at 8:00 am, but we left at 10:30 am, but once we started to board, it passed by pretty fast. Once we got on, they had some music playing, and it was a little too loud. However, once we got into the air, it was very enjoyable. They served very good food. Thanks to the delay, our hopper plane from Oahu to Kauai left without us. But thanks to Hawaiian Airlines, we booked another hopper quickly and easily. Plus it left very quickly. The hopper...

After flying several different times on different airlines - I have to say that Hawaiian is the best. Not only do the provide excellent service onflight, including food choices, friendly service, good inflight entertainment, but they are reasonably priced and have a wide-range available flights.
They have direct flights to the various islands at good times. I really do recommend them. Fly Hawaiian!
