Our recent Hawaiian vacation exposed us to Hawaiian Airlines for the first time. We were IMPRESSED with the effort by EVERY Hawaiian Airline employee from the Gate agent to the Shuttle Bus driver to make our journey pleasant and stress free. While each flight was short there was never a minute that we didn't feel important to their business.
We were able to book flights easily after the bankruptcy of Aloha airlines and from that moment on everything went as smoothe as silk. Check-in, flight attendants, gate representatives, terminal personnel, etc... I would give them an A+ and hope I have the privilage of flying Hawaiian Airlines again.
