Musical toothbrushes who would've thought!  This is great!  My daughter is 8years old and sometimes does not spend as much care and time as she should on her teeth.  The music makes brushing fun and makes her want to brush!  The music plays for about two minutes to make sure they are brushing long enough.  My daughter has so much fun with hers she plays and brushes more that one go through. I do have one complaint the music does sound kind of muffled and scratchy and as the days go by the sound seemed to get worse, it wouldn't have bothered me that much except that this toothbrush costs alot more than your average brush.  Overall,  a fun product and good way to get your kids brushing.
