Musical toothbrush great idea but is it worth the money?

When these tooth brushes first came out I thought it was a great idea. Anything to get the kids brushing. At first I thought the price was to high for a toothrush that the head cannot be replaced. But finally gave in when we didn't get a great report at the dentist. The first couple of weeks went very good but after that the kids became bored with the product and the old brushing habits came back. I still think that these are great and would recommend them, but for a family with 3 kids on a tight budget not the most economical way to purchase tooth brushes.

I love this toothbrush because the song plays for 2 minutes......the time recomended by dentist. Also when the kids do not brush or do not use enough pressure the music stops. I find it an extremley useful tool in helping my kidsget into healthy brushing habits.
