Hasbro Furby Review Summary
The Furby made it's debut nearly 10 years ago, but this interactive toy is still around. Though the Furby is a unique novelty toy, talks and learns and interacts with other Furbies, our reviewers have given them a thumbs down. The furry little creatures are overpriced, overrated, boring, have glitches, are annoying and won't stop talking. People found that removing the batteries was the only option at times to get the Furby to be quiet. The most critical review stated that Furbies are not worth the money or hassle. It's not surprising this toy only got a 40% recommendation rating. PattyTherre offered the most positive review, sating that "Furbies are both adorable and incredibly annoying." The bottom line is this is not an ideal toy for kids and it is aggravating for parents.
I can not for any reason see for buying one of these. Although, they may look cute and fuzzy, they are heavier than expected. Also, not for younger children or special needs students. I wasted money buying a few of these for my students, wish I had not. The students did not like any of them, no matter the color or style. Just my humble…

One day we went to get our pictures taken and the photographer couldn't get her to stop crying so i went into my purse and grabbed it out. She almost stopped crying immediately. Well her pictures came out beatuifully. She never left it at home until one day our dog ate it. The furby is the greatest toy, that also teaches children to care for…

This Hasbro toys was the latest craze about 10 years ago but now needs to be retired to the back of the toy bin. It has out lived it time in the toy world. It was overated and overpriced for the first two years and no one could buy them at a reasonable price. Now they collect dust on the shelves of most toy stores. Time to hang it up Hasbro. The fat lady has sing this one song finally.…

a kid at heart, experienced parent, fan of hassle-free toys
Having a Furby is so much fun. They pick up on what you say to them and repeat it later. Mine was sitting next to a telephone and the next thing you know, it was making a ringing sound. Then one day it was sneezing, after someone in the house had a cold. If you don't want to listen to them, after a few minutes of not being interactive with them, they go to…

buying for 6-10 year olds, a pet owner, married
Yeah, yeah, yeah he might be cute and furry but I wasn't very impressed with it. My daughter had to put it in a dark closet every time she wanted it turned off! Maybe we didn't read the directions very well or maybe ours was dysfunctional. In any case I won't purchase another one of the creepy little…
