Hartz 3 & 1 Flea & Tick Repellent Review

I would NEVER trust my dogs flea or tick problem with an over the counter cheap product like this. I guess these products are needed for people that can't afford the HIGH COST of such products like Frontline, K9 Advantix, Promeris, etc. There should be something out there affordable for the average, to low income pet owner, Adams would be the only one I could think of that would be of possibly an acceptable product that works, although I haven't tried it. I use K9 Advantix and am VERY PLEASED,
