Pros

A fast read, complex characters, A rollercoster of emotion, wraps up a lot of plot lines

Cons
    the epilogue, it's the end

For many Harry Potter fans, the last book is bittersweet because it brings about the answer to their most dire questions while simultaneously bringing the Potter saga to an abrupt and all-too-soon end.

The plot is thick with twist and turns, and by the end of the book, we find that almost all the loose-ended plots have been tied up, with the exception of only a minute few.  The story is exciting, emotional, and fast-paced from cover to cover.

The only thing that can be said in the negative is that there are plots that go unfinished and the epilogue at the end leaves the reader thirsty for more that may never come.  After the wonderful sense of completion in the final chapter, the epilogue seems to be a torture mechanism placed on Harry Potter fans, a tease that will never be pleased.
