This Hotel is located about 1/2 block from the National Bowling stadium. This made it very convenient for myself and the team. The team needed to be there about 2 hours prior to bowling time to check in, so the people who came along to watch could stay behind and walk over later, spend time eating or... read full review »

There were many choices of where to eat, but they didn't offer anything in the way of stage shows (One was rock my ride an R-rated show, the other was something about rock & roll in the 50s & 60s). The hours that the gift shops kept was very inconvenient and unpredictable. The beds were less... read full review »

Harrahs Reno is directly across the street from Amtrak. Couldn't be easier to wheel your luggage over to reception and check in. The neighborhood is nothing special but everything you need is in the hotel. Don't bother looking for good restaurants in the hood. Great all you can eat sushi bar/ restaurant. Ok open all night restaurant. My San Francisco dollars went very far. If you do walk outside, Dreamers Cafe on the River Walk is just like home. Good coffee, free wireless internet and outdoor seating. Harrahs was the only hotel on my road trip that didn't offer free wireless in the hotel... read full review »

Nice hotel in the down town city with easy walk to neighboring casinos. Valet parking was very quick and no problems finding a place to park. The rooms were very clean and the noise level in the rooms was amazingly quiet for having so many rooms. Only draw back was the pool is located in the east tower and we were staying in the west tower. Need to have 2 pools one in each tower, then you wouldn't have to walk through the casino dripping water along the way. Many restaurants and the choice and selection were very good. Final word is it?s a nice place to stay with a good value for your dollar.

Harrah's reno is a great hotel. Ive stayed there three different times and Ive never had any problems. The rooms are nothing special, but they are always very clean and comfotable. However if you stay in the east tower you dont get a very good view. The casino is very big and they have many different types of table games. The poker room is nice and wide open and theres no smoking allowed. ( I hate sitting at a crowded table with guys smoking) They also have a very nice sports book with theatre style seating where you can watch ALL the games. Whether your coming to Reno for the gambling... read full review »

The Harrah's Hotel in Reno, NV was a very nice place to stay. The room was very comfortable and we had a wonderful veiw of the city from our 22nd floor room. Our check-in was by far the easiest we've ever had. During our stay there was a big snow strom so we had to spend most of the 5 days we were there in the hotel. There was enough things going on in the hotel to keep us busy the whole time we were there. If we did go out the location was close enough to other casinos and attractons it was only a short walk in the snow. We would stay there again and also tell our friends about the hotel.... read full review »

Harrah's Reno is always a great place to stay. We prefer the location adjacent to the national bowling stadium. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. A great selection of restaurants including the buffet, Napa Cafe (open 24 hrs & great for those late night munchies or any other meal), Quizno's and Ichiban Japanese steak house for a nice meal/show or all-you-can-eat sushi! The staff is always pleasant and accommodating. When it comes to gambling, they have it all. Great variety of slots, blackjack & other table games, poker room, etc. This year we also enjoyed the entertainment... read full review »

Our room was comfortable. The rooms were very clean as well as the hotel itself. We chose this hotel for its closeness to the hospital in Reno. It made getting to and from very easy at anytime of the day. My only complaint is being able to get breakfast quickly and would recommend taking a coffee pot. Also if you're a tea drinker take your own. The staff was always very helpful. We would chose this hotel again. And plan to do so.

Entertainment: Short Walk, For food the Cafe Napa in the hotel is very good. Entertainment if there isn't anything at the hotel of interest there are various other casinos...

The ameneties were non existant in the room. I had to call room service to get a refrigerator for medicine that needed to be kept cold. Poor lighing in the room, one lamp kept flickering which was reported to room service. In a casino hotel, I was surprise to find no safe in the room I had to go to the front desk anytime I wanted to check money and/or expensive items. The dinning, mainly their buffet for breakfast, the plates and silverware were dirty. Had to bring that to the attention of the staff on two separate occasions. As for service in the hotel, some services were shut down in the... read full review »

Harrah's was located right on the strip in downtown Reno. We were within walking distance of many other casinos, stores, and restaurants. Harrah's is also only about 5-10 minutes from the Reno International Airport. We were also very pleased w/ the staff and the cleanliness of the room and the hotel. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. They also offered free parking to all guests which was a plus. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. We had a very good experience at Harrah's.

This was our first trip to Reno, and we had a really great time. The staff at Harrah's are very well trained - the dealers at the casino made a point to learn our names and then remembered them all weekend. The restaurants were quite nice for a hotel like this. We ate once at the Cafe Napa, once at the Buffet (the crab legs were outstanding), and once at Ichiban. Everything was good. Check in / Check out was quick. Valet and Bell service was very good. I'd recommend this to anyone staying in Reno. It's a nice location downtown.

The hotel is easily accessible from the freeway and close to the University of Nevada where I lectured. It has a large parking garage included in the fee. A wide variety of restaurants gave a good selection for any type and quantity of food. The hotel rooms are relatively separated from the casion area and this was very nice. One problem was that wireless Internet access in the room was not readily available in the room. Otherwise, everything was very good and next time I again lecture at the University I will go back there and recommend it to others.

The Harrah's Hotel was very convenient to downtown, the auto museum, other casinos and various restaurants. The free parking was definitely a plus as we utilized our rental vehicle to come and go to the Reno Air Races several times. Additionally, free bus service was also provided to the Air Races by the Hotel if needed. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. I would definitely consider booking here in the future on my next trip to Reno.

Recreational Attactions: Short Walk, Harrah's Auto Museum and riverfront. For driving, Reno Air Races and Lake Tahoe are within one hour of the hotel....

The Harrahs at Reno was very nice. We had a large room with king size bed, nice closet for hanging our clothes. The staff were very helpful in giving us options of what to do in Reno, we had never been there before. The hotel has a trip available to lake Tahoa and Virgina city, very reasonable, we had a blast. We went to the shows at Harrahs enjoyed both, and the old car musuim. Overall stay was excellent.

Recreational Attactions: Short Walk, several nice resterants in the hoter plus a fabulous buffet. Hotel is in the center of casinos, lots to see and do.

My stay here was relaxing. Everything went smooth with checking in and checking out. I had missed by flight so I got to do it twice and had friendly help and good advise. Everything was well located -- TV, beds with light switches and phone; in the bathroom the hair dryer and soap/shampoo, etc along with towels we handy and well stocked. I was very happy with my stay at Harrah's Hotel in Reno.

Dining: Short Walk, The hotel had excellent food but nothing was open 24 hours but Cal Nev was just across the street where we had to eat late at night.
