Forget that the rooms are rated for 2/4 (1 bedroom) and 4/6 (2 bedrooms) in Harbortown Point Resort - no one wants to sleep in extra sofa bed. We exchanged this via Wyndham as a FairShare Plus Resort exchange for place in Orlando based on fact it could sleep 4. One bedroom in Harbortown Point Resort can only sleep 4 if three sleep on the bed and one on the couch without pulling sofa bed out.
The Harbortown Point Resort's sofa bed was absolutely TERRIBLE - springs were pushing through however you attempted to lie on it and we needed to buy a inflatable sofa bed and pump from Walmart so my daughter could sleep.
Aside from the Harbortown Point Resort's sofa bed it was about how I expected the room to be. Studio sized room with mini-kitchen, quiet, with usual odd assortment of channels at hotel-like places, wireless internet and a balcony. There was a sliding curtain separating bed from rest of room for privacy.
The Harbortown Point Resort itself had a pool (too cold for us), hot tub and a lounge/bar which lent out VHS tapes and DVDs. The grounds itself were absolutely great, both the manicured gardens and the area along harbor with wild plants.
Nice place to relax in summer especially if you do not want a lot of heat but only count the beds not the sofa unless your kids sleep in sleeping bags.
