Harbor Breeze Bella Vista Ceiling Fan

Item # 96982, Model # BE44MWW5C

We purchased this great-looking ceiling fan for only $49 at Lowe's.  The white color goes well in my daughter's room and I really like the look of the alabaster glass that covers the lightbulbs.  It's a classy look without the high class price.

My handy husband was able to install this in about 30 minutes.  There are two pull switches, one for the light and the other for the fan.  The switches hang low enough for the average adult to reach, and remain high enough out of reach for my children to get to.

The motor has three speeds (low, medium, and high) and there is also a reversible option when you want to draw the air upwards in the room instead of circulating it downwards.  There are five blades with a matte white finish, and 3 position mounting options.

The fan size is 44 inches and it comes with a lifetime warranty.  There is no remote with this fan, but at this price, it's a great deal and does the job.  Also, we have always had great experiences with products purchased at Lowe's, and returns and exchanges have never been a problem.

If you are in the market for a ceiling fan, I highly recommend the Harbor Breeze Bella Vista Ceiling Fan from Lowe's

Maybe I should review your "handy husband" for remodeling my laundry room?? :)

Good review thanks for the info. We might need a ceiling fan when we get a new place.
