I used to work a few blocks from Hannah's Bretzel. Although it is expensive for a sandwich shop I think that it is the best lunch time sandwich spot in the city. The bretzel bread is to die for, the sprouts, mustard, and selection of real cheeses help make this a lunch spot to go out of your way for. There are only three seats inside and a few tables curbside but you can eat at the tables outside 225 West Washington if you need to.
Hannah's Bretzel has great chocolates, cookies and other unusual selections that you are not going to see if you typical sub shop. The cost is twice as much as Jimmy Johns or Pot Belly's but for a treat everyone once in a while, you should splurge.
They also cater.
