Plot: When the public gives up and turns malicious on their local superhero who doesn't care about anything, Hancock (Smith), a public relations professional (Bateman) steps in to get Hancock back in the good graces of society and clean himself up.
What I thought: Hancock is funny and heartwarming. I like the actors in this movie and they make for some great characters, playing their part strong and most entertaining. The storyline is fantastic and original as far as super-movies go. It's refreshing to see a movie about a superhero without a super-villain, but I guess in this case Hancock is kind of like the bad guy. If Hancock had super-powered villains then it would just be another movie about good guys and bad guys. Although Hancock is about a guy with superpowers, the film is down to earth and the storyline can be associated with and the characters are believable. Movie goers will love the twist in Hancock, it makes it really fun.
