The only two perks of the hotel itself are a small indoor pool for relaxation, and a basic, utilitarian breakfast that provides calories but not much flavor or quality. The hotel is located near the town's two main medical facilities, and its close to the Temple Mall, but it's otherwise unremarkable. Of course there's free parking, but part of the lot is blocked by big roll-off storage units, so if the hotel does get full, expect a challenge finding a spot when you come back late in the evening.
The staff are friendly though, and the place is clean. It's a small hotel --- just three floors and probably not more than 70 rooms or so. My room was clean and quiet, but very small. The workdesk too was tiny, and there was no easy chair --- but no real room for one anyway, the space was so cramped. The bed was comfortably firm though, and I liked the fluffy down comforter. Just wish I'd had more space to move around, a few more upscale perks, and an ice machine on each floor instead of just one on the first floor to serve the whole hotel.
Overall, it's a comfortable place to stay and might be a good value for you, though it's generally unexceptional ... that's my viewpoint anyway!
