The best thing about Hilton properties in general is their consistent quality. Hilton HHonors members enjoy the benefits of loyalty without being treated as second-class guests (as with some other hotel chain loyalty programs). — The Hampton Inn & Suites in Fresno is particularly great because of its friendly staff. Maybe the management seeks these people out, maybe the employees enjoy a congenial work environment. Whatever the reason, it shows. The Hampton Inn Fresno rooms are very large. The complimentary breakfast was very extensive, quite satisfying. The bathroom seemed to smell slightly of sewage, there was an overhead vent that air seemed to be running through non stop where the odor seemed to be eminating from. The following day, when I returned home, my bag and contents also had a "skunky" odor, and I did not have the bag anywhere else but in the room.Dining: Short Drive, Many locations nearby for dining.
