There seems to be a staff cutback since last visit. We tried to check in at around 5:00 pm, but we were third in line in front of an empty desk. After a 20 minute wait, desk personnel appeared. They reported that they went on duty at 3:30pm and had to help housekeeping staff clean and set up rooms. In the time they were gone, a potential customer left. There was no other indication of short staff, although in the 5 days there, the room was not vaccumed. Going some other place next time in Jacksonville.
