good for aerobic or very light workout

Although nice to use, it is far too light for most users, other than the aerobic crowd. May be combined with circuit training, though to provide a nice energy burn.  The rack is nice but with limited floorspace, it quickly gets in the way, especially if not in use.  For such a light set… read full review »
