good for aerobic or very light workout

a weekend warrior, health conscious, an at home exerciser, trying to stay fit, very easily bored, believe weight training is essential

rack keeps them in one place, easy grip

Although nice to use, it is far too light for most users, other than the aerobic crowd. May be combined with circuit training, though to provide a nice energy burn. The rack is nice but with limited floorspace, it quickly gets in the way, especially if not in use. For such a light set of weights, a wall hanger would be ideal. Other than the weight and handling issues, the bells are nice to use on a regular basis and would be ideal for the older set as well as the aerobic crowd.
