I'm a 70 year old male, primarily a bicycle rider. I've been using Hammer CBD soft Gels, 25mg and 10mg for about three years. I typically take the 25mg gel tab after a longer ride, 40+miles; I've found that, (for me), I feel that it reduces inflammation and soreness for about 18-24 hours. I typically take the 10mg the 2nd day after a hard ride to continue the reduced soreness. I've been very satisfied with these two products. Good job Hammer..ZumT.
