Hamilton Beach electric wok Review

My best freind in the kitchen is my hamilton beach electric wok! in this day and time everyone is so busy! i am a vegatarian/ fish healthy diet person. this electric wok allows you to cut up your veggies, sprinkle them with your favorite healthy spices, ad in your shrimp, scallops, marinade sauces with a little canola oil, turn on a moderate heat and go back to your busy evening, working in the yard etc, checking on your meal occasionally, stirring(tasting). this wok features adjustable temperature settings a non stick surface. of course you either use wooden on rubber utensils to stir your dishes with as to not damage the surface, after tons of use your wok will become seasoned on the bottom, you use only a paper towel to clean your wok, making sure you use a healthy cooking oil, canola, olive, or organic. this wok siupplies a grill like attachment that you can set inside to steam your asalmon filet ets, while stirfrying your veggies. and still you can go back to your laundry, yardwork etc.. while fixing you and your partner/family a complete and healthy meal. thank you hamilton beach for my kitchen "best freind"
