November 29, 2009 Hamilton Beach Convection Oven Model No. 31197 I was browsing on the internet and ventured into the Kohl's department store website. I went to check into several household items when I saw convection ovens. The site had a several types of ovens. I was specifically looking and had been looking for the past two-three months for the two- rack toaster oven. There it was and selling for $159.00, a price I was more than willing to pay. November 29, 2009 I bought this convection oven on-line through the Kohl's department website. I had been looking at many other toaster ovens for about two-to-three months. The minute I saw the item I ordered it because I wanted to buy the toaster oven with two racks. For the price I paid it was truly worth it - $159.00. I cooked my 10 pound turkey in it, and the turkey came out perfectly because the timer was timing the whole way through.
