I love this toaster...I love that you can pull out the crumb trays and you dont have to flip the thing upside down and use a fork to try and get it all cleaned up!  It is wonderful to be able to fit the Bagels into it without having to cut it down or shove it in! LOVE...LOVE...LOVE IT!
