Hamilton Beach Slow Cooker - Stay or Go Review

I received the 6 quart Hamilton Beach Stay or Go Slow Cooker as a Christmas gift last year.  I really like this product and am glad that I have it.  It's convenient and easy to use.  Living in the Midwest, I have to admit I didn't use it much this summer because we like to use our outdoor grill a lot during the warmer weather.  Now that fall is here, and winter is right around the corner, this slow cooker will get a lot more use.  The three temperature settings, high, low and warm, offer flexibiity in cooking your meals.  This feature is beneficial because you can set your cooking time based on the amount of time you are going to be gone.  I have used the low setting when I knew I would have a longer day at work ahead of me and the high setting if I was just going to be gone throughout the afternoon.  The warm setting is convenient to use when you have family members coming home at different times.  Everyone can help themselves to a warm dinner no matter what time they eat.  My favorite feature is the spill resistant travel feature.  Using the stainless steel wire clips on each end of the lid, you can seal and carry this slow cooker to another location, pot luck dinner, or buffet.  Clean up is easy due to the lift out crock with it's smooth interior.  If I could add one feature to this product, it would be a programmable setting or timer, but with the low temperature setting this shouldn't be a deal breaker.
