Hamilton Beach Slow Cooker - Stay or Go Stainless Steel 33162  — 

This slow cooker is definitely one I would recommend.  The only con I've found so far is that the lid doesn't sit tightly on top, but it has a rubber ring around the bottom to help seal in the steam.  I've fixed chili, soup, roast, and chicken in it so far and I love it.  It has settings for high, low, and warm so you can use high to get it started, low to cook it all day and warm until dinnertime.  I'm looking for more great recipies to use it for.
