I have had several different brands of slow cookers throughout my years of cooking.  When I received the Hamilton Beach slow cooker for a Christmas gift, I was excited about the many features this one had (temperature probe, locking lid, warm setting).

This slow cooker originally worked well, unit it stoped working. The first one, shut its self OFF, on its own before themeal was even close to cooked. It did not switch to warm, but to OFF. I tried the first one again when i was home and it shuts its self completely off after 2 hours twice. I sent it...

The most convenience in one pot!

This digital display crock pot has a programmable feature that works with 3 different settings:

-Manual

-Temperature

-Time

The manual setting works just like a normal crock pot - High, low, or warm, left on until you shut it off or change the setting.

The temperature setting is my favorite - no more over-cooking!  There is a probe included with the pot that you insert when needed.  By setting the pot to change the setting to warm at a certain temperature, you can be sure that your meat will be perfectly done, yet kept warm by the automatic shift of "high" or "low" to "warm."
