Hamilton Beach Programmable Slow Cooker Review

This digital display crock pot has a programmable feature that works with 3 different settings:

-Manual

-Temperature

-Time

The manual setting works just like a normal crock pot - High, low, or warm, left on until you shut it off or change the setting.

The temperature setting is my favorite - no more over-cooking!  There is a probe included with the pot that you insert when needed.  By setting the pot to change the setting to warm at a certain temperature, you can be sure that your meat will be perfectly done, yet kept warm by the automatic shift of "high" or "low" to "warm."

The time setting allows you to set the pot for a certain number of hours in 1/2 hour increments, and when that time has passed it will automatically change to "warm."

My favorite crock pot - I wouldn't want to go back to the old way!
