Hamilton Beach Indoor Grill 25218 is a very cute and efficient grill. It will make really quick small meals. I think it makes fish, chicken and big pieces of shrimp taste appetizing. Fish fillets cook really fast, as long as the fish is thawed out first. It does a delicious job on vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower. This grill is so fun to use that you will end up using it several times a week, at least I did. It is perfect for one or two servings at a time. This is the kind of grill that would be an ideal present for a single person or a couple. It has a small cooking surface and the cord is a little short. The shorter the cord is on an appliance the more annoying it can be. This grill is great for simple foods like chicken fingers. This grill makes toast crispy, just the way I like it. It is easy to clean, just use a paper towel and a little soap and water. It will not be long before you use it again. It has a nonstick surface too. The color it comes in will match any decorum. It does not weigh much, so it is easy to move. I like the price of this too, so on sale, it will be a steal. This is a grill that is nice to have for very small get-togethers. If that is what you are looking for, then I think you will like this grill.

Hamilton Beach indoor grill 25218 cooks well. We have had this grill for almost seven years and it works as great as the day we starting using it. It cooks the food quickly and easily. We cook all types of food on it without issue. It has a large surface so you can cook enough for your entire family. The grill looks good too so you are OK with leaving it out on the counter. The grill comes with a removable grease trap and a cleaning tool. YOU MUST CLEAN THE GRILL WHILE HOT SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL. If you do not clean it while hot, your cleaning will not be successful. I caution you again, the grill is hot, hot, hot. I never use the preheat feature. I just put the food on and cook. The price is better then a George Foreman and it does the same quality.

It's so nice being able to grill up food quickly any time of the year.  The Hamilton Beach 25218 Indoor Grill heats evenly on both sides making flipping food a thing of the past.  It's great for grilling up pork chops or brauts, and with the sloping design and grooves, allows grease to run off very quickly into the drainpan.  The size allows for a goodly amount of food to be cooked at once (approximately four chops or six brauts), but this also means that it takes up a fair amount of counter space.  Luckily, being lightweight, it's easy to move.  It also allows you to adjust the heat depending on the type of food.  Meats and vegetables seem to work best with this unit.  Grilled cheese sandwiches are easy to make with it, but tend to get a bit too pressed by the weight of the top (not to mention the ridges of the grill are left as marks in the bread).  Though if you're not picky, grilled cheese is another great option for the Hamilton Beach.  I also really like how easy it is to clean, though it is best to do so while it is still warm or food residue can stick.

 i owend a grill before but the problem with it was that it took up to much space,i have a large family and i don't like dealing with out door grilling it takes to much effort and time away from my family.we like to cook together and so this is a perfect grill for the size and the little space i have in my kitchen and it;s easy enough for my 9 and 16 yr old to use.i have cooked salmon and boneless pork on  this and it doesn't stick and the clean up is a breeze love this especially for someone who has health concerns. i have diabetes and so i am trying to watch what i am eating and so with this it's great ,all the grease drips down away from the food and so it allows me to have a more low fat meal.
