Hamilton Beach Ice Cream and Frozen Yogurt Maker Review

My family and I love homemade ice cream, I grew up turning the crank on an old-fashion, wooden bucket, freezer and we had so many happy times centered around the family with that machine. While I love those memories, I have to admit that Momma and Daddy did all the hard work involved with that ice cream!

I got my Hamilton Beach electric freezer from my son for Mother's Day and absolutely love it. It doesn't have as big a freezer as my old electric one but I can keep the freezer in my deep freeze and it's always ready to make good old fashioned homemade ice cream for me. I don't have to worry about salt or ice or the mess that the melting ice makes because this freezer doesn't require any of that.

I was skeptical until we tasted that first bite of luscious ice cream. I am still able to use my mother's old recipe in this machine as well. This ice cream freezer is worth the money for sure! My next project is going to be fruit sorbet because my daughter loves it so much.

I can't think of anything that I can't freeze in this that I did in my old, noisy, messy, electric maker. A wise investment for sure.
