I've been shopping for a panini press after becoming addicted to these sandwiches (a local deli sells them for $8-9 each, but that's an expensive habit to maintain). This model seemed to be just the ticket, with its nonstick surface, and dial-lock for perfect pressing and easy storage. The bonus?
