Hamilton Beach Extra Large Toaster - Extra Large with Convection Cooking — 

I love to cook and bake, but as a single woman making smaller portions, most times I use my toaster oven because it works just as well as a regular oven.  Have also used it as an additional cooking source during large gatherings (you know, when you're trying to fit side dishes in with a turkey or ham is sometimes a challenge).
