The slow cooker is the best invention ever! I can make meals so easily. All I do is toss ingredients into the slow cooker and turn it on. I usually do this in the morning so in the evening I have a nice warm meal when I get home from work. I really like my hamilton slow cooker because it is so easy to use and easy to clean. I also like how that it has the double dish. This is the reason why I bought this one as oppose to others. I am able to make two small completely different dishes because of the double dish. The only thing that I don't like about this slow cooker is that the electric card is a bit too short. Other than this, the hamilton slow cooker is great. I have given these as gifts for housewarming presents because I love it so much.

We love this little kitchen gadget. It is not very practical for everyday use. It is not your typical crock pot. It is not a slow cooker it is a dip warmer. I received this as a gift one year because we always made warm bean dip at parties and had no cute way to keep it warm throughout the night. I love the 2 different sections. It is a great idea, but upon using it I realized it was not large enough for our use. So I end up filling both sides with the same dip. And we always run out quickly. It could be my dip is so good, but I know it is because the vessel is not large enough. If I was to purchase again I would look for one with only one section.  Also the power cord is fairly short. I need an extension cord to reach off the table to the wall outlet. And the lid fits inside the vessel lip and therefore also gets covered in dip after repeatedly removed and replaced. With that all said, it keeps the dip warm, almost too hot once you get to the bottom. With all that said I would buy this brand, but would opt for one with only one section.
