I dont normally deep fry foods at home. I like to get the fried sampler platter when we go out to eat, to keep the mess and fuss in their kitchen, not mine. Well, when I tried my Hamilton Beach Deep Fryer, I decided to make more fried foods at home. What a delightful kitchen appliance. It is large enough to cook a batch of chicken strips, deep enough to keep the splattering to a minimum, and with its cool touch surface, the surface of the fryer doesnt even get hot. Amazing. The temperature control is spot on. It doesnt have lots of places to collect grease, so, its even easy to clean. I've tried basic recipes of fried shrimp and chicken tenders, and they have come out perfect. I've even tried some off the wall recipes, using no carb crushed pecan coatings, and they too came out great. I highly recommend the Hamilton Beach Deep Fryer, model 35015.
