This toaster oven has a multitude of features and can fit in a smaller space without sacrificing much else. It might not do the job quite as fast as a regular oven in some cases, but for most things it will work just fine. I like using it for pizza, as you can get it nice and crispy by using just the racks. The rotisserie is a nice touch, though I haven't tried it yet. But it does seem like it would work fine for that and cook the chicken evenly, as it does with most food. The toaster works great, giving a perfect heated bagel. The knobs are easy to use. I also like the broiler on it, that is a good way to cook the top, just watch it often. I kind of like this broiler better than the regular oven one. Some things might take longer than in the normal oven, but it isn't that big of a difference. Of course, its perfect in the summer when you want to bake something and not heat the house up. Hamilton Beach make some good products and this continues the trend of that.

In my opinion, this is one of the best counter top ovens that I have ever owned. In the past I usually keep one of these ovens in my kitchen to heat up snacks and such. I have went through a number of these items before I came to the hamilton beach oven, but this one has lasted me substantially longer than the others. Because of its durability, ease of use, and consistency I have always been able to count on this oven. Usually I use it to heat up pizza from the night before, heat up frozen foods, bake cookies or brownies, and I have used it to cook meats as well. In conclusion, I would definitely recommend this oven as it has been used many times in my life and can always be relied on for producing a hot meal.
