This is a great coffee maker. I love the fact that I can just put my cup under the spigot and get coffee (even while it's still being made). No pot to worry about. I have used it for about 6 monthes now and it is still making great coffe. It has a little filter that you can replace if needed, but mine still tastes great so why bother. The unit has a little bucket type holder that you just grab by the handle and fill under your faucet, then pour into the machine at the back water fill. Then place your filter with coffee in the basket on top this bucket and place it back in the machine & turn on....

My mom bought me this coffee pot for christmas 1 year.  It just stopped working (I make at least 6 pots of coffee a day), I bought a cheap coffee pot that I have had for about 4 months and it is already starting to give me problems.  After this christmas I am buying another Hamilton Beach Brewstation.  It is great !!  With the brewstation the coffee comes out great, you can effortlessly push your coffee cup to the dispensing button.

I was looking for a coffee maker that kept the coffee hot but did not burn it if it sat for a half hour or so.   My friend had this coffee maker and bragged how it did both.  So I bought it and tried it.  I love it!   Not only does it look nice on my counter, it does exactly what I wanted it to.   I can leave the coffee in the pot for the entire 2 hours (it shuts off automatically after 2 hours) and it still tastes good and is still HOT!   It's the best coffee maker I've ever owned.  Another great feature of this product is that it looks nice on my counter top also.  It does not have...

Though I felt it was a little pricey, this coffee maker has turned out to be a great buy.

 I purchased this Hamilton Beach coffeemaker as a birthday gift for my husband. I was convinced to buy this particular model because it comes with travel mugs and a thermal carafe. You have a choice of brewing three ways - into the carafe (10 cups) or into 1 travel mug or into 2 travel mugs. 

 The machine comes with a permanent coffee filter or you can use paper filters. The machine is programmable and pretty easy to use; even though the instruction manual is not exceptionally explanatory or detailed.

 This maker should have lasted for longer than 6 months, especially for the price that you have to pay for it. It works good until the small rubber gasket on the coffee container gets hot all of the time, then it leaks coffee all over. It will leak through the carrier down through the maker and coffee comes out the bottom of the machine through the wiring which then is considered a fire hazard.

I was extremely unhappy with the customer service that i received when i then proceeded to call the company to find out what they would do about it. I would not recomend this product to anyone!

Who doesn't love a cup of coffee that does not get that burned flavor. No pot to hope doesn't get broke or chipped. Can program the machine to start when I am ready. Easily can tell when the coffee is ready. My perm filter is great in it.

I can make a small batch of coffee and not feel bad about wasting a whole pot. Also makes great tea for the mother in law.

I love this machine.  It keeps the coffee hot without burning it.  It stylish and fun to use.  Clean up is easy.  No glass involved so no worry about broken coffee pots.  The only problem is I like to take my coffee with me.  The area to fill the cup does not accomodate for the travel size mugs.

I only wish it were not white.  Must be wiped off constantly.  Hubby's a bit messy, and as guys are, not into noticing smudges.  Has auto off feature which is great.  Grill collects drips, and gets messy, but love the convenience of one cup.  Keeps coffee warm for extended periods without charring.

This is amazing..I love this coffee maker. you just push a button and there is your coffee..there is no spilling from the carafe. I just cant say enough about this. There is no mess from drippage from the pot. Press a button and it goes straight into the cup. there is no fuss no muss. I just love it.
