THIS IS THE BEST COFFEE MAKER EVER. IT'S GREAT TO WALK INTO THE KITCHEN IN THE MORNING AND SMELL THE COFFEE READY AND WAITING TO BE DISPENCED INTO A CUP. WE HAVE HAD OUR BREW STATION FOR WELL OVER A YEAR AND IT WORKS AS GOOD AS THE DAY WE BOUGHT IT. AS FOR MAINTENANCE I JUST RUN A LITTLE VINEGAR THROUGH THE CYCLE ABOUT ONCE A MONTH. BOUGHT A SECOND ONE FOR MY HUSBANDS OFFICE. IT'S WORKING GREAT AS WELL. GREAT VALUE.
