The Hamilton Beach Brew Station Plus is a dream-come-true in our house.  My husband has essential tremors, in which his hands shake quite a bit.  This would happen especially when he would pour a cup of coffee using a conventional coffee maker that has a glass coffee pot that is kept warm on the warming plate.  What a mess.  He would spill more coffee on the counter and the floor than in his coffee cup.

This is my second Hamilton Beach coffee maker I have purchased. I really love them. It is so convenient to get you coffee, it does not matter the size of the cup. I fix coffee for my husband everyday and he usually uses a thermal coffee cup which is a lot larger than a regular coffee cup. The coffee maker does not leak and I also do not have to worry about any glass. I would not at this point consider buying any other coffer maker other than the Hamilton Beach. I do wish that the company would make it easier to see how much water is in the resevoir. I have had the Hamilton Beach 12 cup brew station coffee maker for 1 year and 8 months. The Hamilton Beach coffee maker has exceeded my expectations. It is very easy to operate, the heating element keeps my coffee good & hot. The Hamilton Beach 12 cup brew station is very easy to clean. I love this Hamilton Beach brew station!! My husband mistakenly broke my other one by moving it so he could do something....read dropped it on the floor. I went and got a new one that day. That is how much I love it. It fits neatly into a corner of the counter so as to not take up alot of space. There is no handle sticking out.  Keeps a full pot of coffee perfectly heated without burning it or ruining the flavor and is completely self contained.
