I am giving this a 4 because I think its a value crock pot that anyone could start out with, and be happy with. Time to Heat This unit heats up within 10 minutes, and cools down in about 30 minutes. I loaded it ands then turned it on, so it all cooked evenly Cooking Performance I have had no issues with this in the past. I owned this for 5 years before getting a new one as a gift. I like that it comes with the additional shallow insert, which allows you to not have to put so much in , and also gives you a more gentle cooking, because its not sitting directly on the bottom. Ease of Cleaning You can throw all of it, other than the shell/ Body, into the dishwasher after rinsing and maybe wiping a little built on food, from it first Ease of Use SUPER easy to use. It has nothing digital, so you really just turn a knob and it comes on, I wish it had a timer, or count down, but its not bad for someone starting out. Design Its heavy, but most of them are. Its not unbearable

I have this crock pot and I am very happy with it. It seems like they covered all the bases as for as cleaning, making the surface so that the food doesn't stick, different temperatures. The lid sits securely on the crock pot and it is easy to take the inside out and stick it in the fridge so this way you don't have to put the whole crock pot in the fridge if there are leftovers. Also the lid and the interior bowl is dishwasher safe so that is always wonderful. The exterior does not get super hot so you don't have to worry about. It really appears that they made a quality and budget friendly product that leaves you completely satisfied. The size is decent for normal weeknight dinners but I would say for banquets or events the size would be a little small. I have used this from spiked apple cider at New Years eve parties, cooked pulled pork all day, or just heating up meatballs for easy worknight meals... Time to Heat I thought that this was adequate Cooking Performance I had no problems with items being cooked when I was expecting them to be. Ease of Cleaning So easy to clean, dishwasher safe interior and lid, nothing sticks to this! Ease of Use Super easy to use and easy to store leftovers. Design Awesome design very well thought out Durability I do not see any signs of needing replacement.

I use this slow cooker very often. It is very convenient and easy to use. I also have a larger crock pot for when company is coming but for everyday use I choose my convenient slow cooker. I like making pot roast or chicken and dumplings in it. I also like to make homemade spaghetti sauce with it. my only complaint is that the lid doesn't lock but I knew that before I opened it as it was a gift from my parents for Christmas. Some items do stick to the pot but overall it is a great product. I'm glad the inner put comes out as I put it right in the dishwasher. That makes cleanup even easier. They exterior does also get may sometimes. I usually use cleaning wipes to clean that as you can't put it in the dishwasher due to the power cord. The inside of the exterior base is also an issue as our does not always wow clean easily but it does not get as messy as easily. There are always great recipes for use in the slow cooker. I've even made a whole small chicken in my slow cooker. It was so juicy and flavorful. It's very easy to just put food in the cooker and turn it on in the morning and you don't have to do anything with it until dinner time.

I love using my crock pot. I try to use it as much as possible, however it does take a lot of time to clean. Its a great way to make a large amount of food with the most ease as possible. Every recipe I know for crock pots are as simple as place the items in and let them sit for 6-10 hours, then TA-DAH they're ready for dinner. I love that this one doesn't heat up too much when its on high and I don't stress about it catching fire while I'm out at all. The quality of the product is very good and the cords have been washed, scrubbed and cleaned several times and the cords have never torn up or scratched to where I would be worried about leaving them on in the house without anyone watching it. Sometimes cleaning it can be a big hassle however. Pulling it apart to clean each part individually can get very annoying and when the food sits in it for too long scrubbing it off can be very annoying. However there are product that you can cover your crock-pot with to totally keep having to even clean it, just remove the cover and rinse.

I love this slow cooker! For the price, it works really well. This slow cooker is slightly smaller than other ones I've had, by a quart, but I haven't noticed it limiting my cooking at all. When I'm worried about all the liquid fitting in the crock pot because of the size, I just adjust the liquid amount, but I've still been able to make full recipes in this crock pot that I made in larger ones in the past. The bowl pulls out for easy cleaning, and it warms to temperature very quickly. I haven't had any problems making stew and taco soup with it. It sits well on the counter, and I haven't seen any sort of tipping problems with it. It would not be great for traveling though, as the lid doesn't have any sort of locking mechanism, but for the price, this slow cooker does everything you want it to and more.

I really enjoy using this slow cooker because it is very easy to use and simple to clean. It takes a little bit to heat up at first, I haven't owned a slow cooker before so I have nothing to compare it to. It is very easy to clean and cooks very well. I have used it for several beef stews and chicken soups. I will be doing a roast tonight and I'm sure it will perform well. It is just the right size and fits on our counter. It is just the right size to feed a family of 4. I would recommend this slow cooker to anyone especially for the price.

I love my crockpot. I use it all the time. I prefer the oval shaped crockpots over the circled ones as it allows me to see more of the food while it's cooking. I also like that I can put a longer cut of frozen meat in the crockpot and then put vegetables around it. Time to Heat The product is consistent with its heating capabilities. I usually allow at least 4 hours to properly cook items (and more than that obviously when needed). Cooking Performance I don't recall having any problems with an item I was trying to cook when using this product. Ease of Cleaning This product is easy to clean. Sometimes it requires an SOS pad, but it's still easy to clean. Ease of Use It's very easy to use. I just put in my items and select either low or high. It's that easy. Design I like the oval design. It gives me the opportunity to put a larger piece of meat in the crockpot and gives more area to view. Durability The product is very durable and reliable.

the day the slow cooker was invented was a day that will be special forever. this is not just a working mom's best friend, it's the working person's best friend. there are endless possibilities for great dinners. it's also wonderful for keeping things like dips warm. hubby's favorite is split pea soup with ham hocks. it's so easy to make but so good you'd think you spent hours on it when in reality it was minutes. you can even roast a chicken in it. just put something in the bottom like a raosting rack or even some balls of tinfoil to keep it off the bottom, season it, cover it and go!! I love it for holidays because I can make the mashed potatoes or stuffing beforehand and then put it in the slow cooker on warm and it will not overcook or burn! one less stove burner aken up! awesome for those of us who don't have a large kitchen! I recommend this item to anyone who likes good food without too much time involved

I Love this product because it is easy to make good home cooked meals, It doesn't burn them and nothing sticks to the inside of it! I Love to make pot roasts and Stews, even during the week before I go to work just throw the ingredients in add water and turn on and by the time I get home from work and running around dinner is served. It is also very easy to clean because the inside lifts out and you can use soap and water as for the outside just wipe it down with warm water and a sponge. I have also made BBQ Chicken legs, Homemade soups and anything you can imagine on a winter's cold day! I would be lost without my Slow Cooker in the winter I use it very frequently. My Husband also Loves it when I cook his favorite meals and surprise him when he get's home. Everyone Loves a good home cooked meal especially in a slow cooker. I would reccomend this item to anyone I absolutely Love it!

Just after christmas I replaced the crockpot (slow cooker) I had for 10 years with this Hamilton Beach crock pot. It was on sale and I snatched it up at a great price. I LOVE IT! It is so easy to remove the pot and carry it to my daughter's house when we visit for sunday dinner! It is very easy to clean unlike some crockpots where the liner doesn't come out. It is spacious so I can make alot of servings, and I love that it has a "keep warm" setting! Best crock pot I've ever owned!
