I received this Hamilton Beach three quart crock pot for my birthday last year and I love it! I tend to forget to set any kind of meat out to thaw for dinner, and this crock pot has saved me multiple times on that! I thaw the meat in the microwave, put it in the crock pot, add water and vegetables, and three to four hours later I have a delicious dinner with minimal effort. I can feed a family of four with it easy too. With children in the house, I stay busy so it helps to be able to put dinner on when I get up and slow cook it all day. This crock pot is absolutely great! It is easy to clean, all I do is throw the inner pot and the lid in my dishwasher and forget about it. It is small enough that it is easy to store in the top of my pantry. Also, it seems to be pretty durable. I have only had it for a year and a half, but I use it all the time. I have never had any problems with it. It heats up quickly, and is great for both quick crock pot meals and slow, cook all day meals.

I have had this slow cooker for around a couple of years and I use it some times. It's great, that is because you can cook soups and stews with it. It's also great because it keeps my food warm after I finished cooking it. I have to say it's a great slow cooker. I would recommend this slow cooker to people that like to cook soup and stews, which I like to do. I really enjoyed using it. Time to Heat The cooker is easy to use and it also cooks the food perfect. It usually takes me around 20 minutes to heat up soup. Cooking Performance It is a good cooker it's good at heating up my soup and keeping my soup warm but for me it wasn't good for keeping my soup warm for a long time, like over night. Ease of Cleaning The slow cooker was easy for me to clean. Ease of Use It is very easy to use there are around 2 to 3 settings that you can choose from like, keep warm, low heat, and high heat. Design The unit is shaped like a circle and it comes with a pot lid, the lid is made of glass. which I like. To change the settings I just have to turn the knob.

In the case of buying this crock pot instead of another being on 5'2" did not work in my favor. See I was looking for a large crockpot to make roasts with. I even saw the display model that was out on the shelf. However because I'm so short I could joy see the front of it. It's oval, so from the front it looks to be the same size as a regular, large crock pot. Lol, I suppose reading the size and comparing it to others in the store would have been helpful as well. Also, I guess the low price should have been a clue as well. So, I got it home and was surprised to see that it was smaller than I was expecting. I already had a roast planned for the following nights dinner, so there wasn't really time to pack it back up and exchange it. I decided to give it a try. In order to fit the whole roast in the crock pot I cut it into quarters. The rest of the ingredients I added as I normally would. I have to say, I was impressed! It cooked the pot roast just as well, if not better than my old larger model! It takes up less space too! I'm really very happy with this cooker! Time to Heat Heats up super fast!! Ease of Cleaning No easier or more difficult than any other crock pot I've used. Ease of Use Simple to use, easy to understand settings.

This model is the closest to the one I have- the cheetah print version- and I'm thrilled with it. The removable stoneware inside crock makes it easy to clean- both that and the lid are dishwasher safe. It's the right size for smaller households- most slow cooker recipes are for cookers twice this size so keep that in mind. Very handy, and easy to use, if you can follow directions you can make some delicious meals. Before getting this, I'd not used a slow cooker before. It's super easy to operate- the settings are clearly explained in the manual. My first few attempts were very encouraging, tasty dinners without a lot of hassle. There's quite a few great recipes online for slow cooker meals, I highly recommend the 6 sisters blog- their recipes are always delicious. It'd be a big help to busy parents, no worries if the little ones need attention while you're fixing dinner. Ease of Cleaning The pieces that need washing are dishwasher safe! Ease of Use I'd never used one before, it's easy to learn.
